Cleaning: We recommend cleaning your Kat Story piece with mild soapy hot water. Preferably, use a soft bristle brush while avoiding abrasive materials that could potentially scratch the jewelry's finish. Additionally, you may periodically utilize a microfiber polishing cloth.

Removal: Prior to sleeping, showering, cleaning, swimming, washing dishes, playing sports, or engaging in water or extreme activities, we strongly advise removing all jewelry. This precautionary measure helps prevent damage to your piece, gold discoloration, and loss of stones. This recommendation is particularly important for our children's jewelry.

Storage: When your jewelry is not being worn, it is advisable to store it in its original Kat Story fabric-lined box. This ensures that it remains protected from contact with other metals, which could cause scratching or damage to the shape and finish of your cherished piece.

Maintenance and Repair: Should your jewelry require additional maintenance or repair, please do not hesitate to contact us. We offer a complimentary yearly care service to attend to your jewelry's needs.

Warranty

We prioritize quality! Our warranty ensures free repairs for covered issues, such as clasp/chain breakage, missing stones, and plating problems. However, please note that lost items are not covered. To initiate a warranty claim, kindly send us a message here along with your order number and detailed photographs.

International

Currently, we are unable to cover international shipping costs. Therefore, if you need to return an item, you will be responsible for shipping it back to our factory. However, we will gladly cover the cost of shipping the item back to you once the necessary repairs or replacements have been made.
